Wellness Day Retreat

At The Play Therapies Centre  we like to treat all our clients and delegates as fairly and respectfully as possible, when booking training with The Play Therapies Centre you agree to accept the terms and conditions as follows:

Payment

• Payment for bookings must be received no later than 7 days prior to the course start date, or immediately if the course starts sooner (unless otherwise agreed in writing with The Play Therapies Centre
• All payments must be made in pounds sterling.
• Payment can be made by:
  • Square Payments -Debit / Credit Card: Please call our office to give us your credit card details.

The Play Therapies Centre reserves the right to refuse attendance to a course where payment has not been received.

Cancellations, transfers and substitutions

• All cancellations should be notified to The Play Therapies Centre in writing or via email.
• All bookings can be cancelled or transferred free of charge up to 7 working days before the course start date. After this invoices will not be refunded or credited.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays.
• Substituting one person for another on a course is allowable at no additional cost. You are requested to notify us in writing or via email as early as possible in order that we can make the necessary arrangements.
• No claim can be made for a delegate’s inability to attend should the course otherwise run as intended.
• The Play Therapies Centre reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.
